My journey in healthcare...

After I turned thirty I started working in healthcare and I have never left since.

My career started as a HR manager in two Dutch hospitals that were in the process of merging. It was an educational time in which I reshaped the organization together, with the assistance of  professional colleagues.

I have always been fascinated by the departments of radiology, radiotherapy and medical nuclear technology. This passion for the these professions I still keep alive, now specifically aimed at medical imaging professionals who want to go to Switzerland.

Prior to this role, I worked for an international youth and student travel organization for many years, which allowed me to get to know Switzerland better. The impressive Alps and nature have always attracted me. I enjoyed mountain climbing, hut tours and whitewater kayaking. And now during my working visits to Switzerland, I still enjoy going on trips on my racing bicycle.

My connection with Switzerland...

Until 2017, I lived in Bern for many years and before that in various places around Zurich. Over the years I have become very familiar with the local laws and regulations, culture and living conditions. This knowledge is useful for the candidates I support during their immigration.

I regularly visit the Swiss departments in radiology, radiotherapy and nuclear medicine. The department heads and teams know me well, and I know what is going on. Particular attention I pay to locations where you can further develop yourself. Not only in practice, but also through further training and courses.

A good working atmosphere and a healthy team are crucial. It starts with an extensive introduction and guidance. We provide professional with solid information, application preparation, and a visit to at least two hospitals. In addition, we offer free lessons in German, given by a native speaker.
